Over the years I have had the opportunity to do some spiritual counseling and facilitating, most encounters being one-on-one. I served as an assistant minister for the Pacific Coast Church of Religious Science from 1990 to 1996, and during my tenure it was my pleasure to provide support for people who might have been experiencing problems or temporary set backs on the "Earth Walk."
I do my best to encourage people to see and experience themselves as they truly are, and support the beauty of their own being. Then I encourage them to experience themselves in their natural surroundings. As they do this, they not only come to a greater understanding and appreciation of themselves, they also come to appreciate, acknowledge, and understand the world in which they live, move, and have their being. This enables people to come in touch with their own individual creative potential to a greater degree.
To me, there is nothing more sacred in the entire world than the individual. This means every individual, for it is every individual's function to attain her/his individuality and not keep it in a herd or mass. The time has come to reveal the identity, the dignity, and the magnitude of the individual being, and to inspire them to recognize the force, power, and scope embodied in the individual consciousness of every individual. I believe the time has come to give people the opportunity to break free of old self-imposed patterns that promote nothing but fear and separation; separation from themselves, from the natural environment, and from one another. As we do this on an individual basis, groups, business organizations, and yes, even a Planet, have the potential to experience themselves in a new light by the examples that individuals set. In this manner we can work together to assure ourselves the opportunity to live life as we were meant to live it. To imagine. To explore. To achieve our fullest potential. To be happy and dance upon the Earth.
